Well I machine polished mine only last week, but I did wax it after. I assume you would want that gone before applying the C1+? How would you get rid of products on the car at the moment?

If you want an orange tow eye, TRS do a tow strap....similar but not a metal tow eye per se.

All I'll say....you get what you pay for.

Do not make your car sound like that. It sound f**king ridiculous, not in a good way! One of the cars at the Llandow track day had a map like that, it sounded s**t....and the owner quickly thought so too.

I've got no idea about these things. I'll pop into a local wheel repair/respray place and see what they can do/advise.

Well at the moment I'm just using R222 wax, and sometimes Autoglym sealant underneath. C1 just sounded simple and effective, and lasts ages!

Just ordered the Gtechniq glass sealant kit as it's finally in stock. If I'm impressed then I'll probably go for the C1+ sealant too :)

Both cars have relatively good safety ratings. I'd be VERY surprised if someone picks one over the other just because of safety. Sounds stupid, but I dont really pay any attention to safety ratings etc when I choose cars to buy.

They quite often come up for sale on here for around £100 or so. Stick a wanted thread up to see if anyone has any.

I'd never want to own one, just because of the epic unreliability and it falling apart. But I love the fact that every time one passes you on the road, it sounds and looks mental!
