We're not thinking a non RS day because renault do RS trackdays, its intimidating being in a 1.2 know there are going to be RS's there chasing us down lol. be nice to measure up against equal(ish) cars.
phone you're insurance company and tell them the story and see what they say. It would probably be alright. Legal cover on insurance is for this kind of thing?
ahh the memories of when I used to do this, then the track moved too far away for me to follow :( I ended up buying a Tamiya offroader and its indestructible. I had to upgrade the motor though its rapid :D

Halfords can have a small use in listening to the speakers on the wall, but bear in mind the speakers they offer are hardly ever top of the range and they are overpriced. If you like the speakers in the wall get on the internet and order them at a reasonable price. As for H/U you cant go wrong...

Just been to Rockingham today to watch the BTCC and stuff, the track looks ace and I'm really looking forward to this now!! It will be especially nice not having to worry about parking lol.
Ok whilst mostly they look gash they serve a purpose, I am sick of the sun creeping through the gap between the visor and the rear view mirror blinding me so I need a sunstrip. Can any-one recommend a decent place to get this done? Last time I tried it has more air bubbles in it than a scuba...

Anywho, The 1.2 will easily fit 16's if its lowered on 60mm springs as long as you dont get a stupidly wide wheel. the car will look great with subtle touches as said above. try to avoid bodykits as they mostly look...
