tack cloths are about £3 from halfords so when the paint is dry tack it quickly and spray a coat, it should be fine.

It depends on what you're willing to risk. With Asda I didn't declare the mods and when I had a crash I told the garage the car was at not to repair any modified bits as they weren't isnured. At 1st they were ok with it but I went back to complain about the shoddy work so they told the insurers...

When I sprayed my wheels I put a coat of laquer inside the wheel but just to make sure its nice and glossy like the front on the wheel. It'll not make it any easier to clean them

mk1 Toyota MR2 would be a good start, they are pretty quick standard and being japanese theres bound to be some good tuning bits, might even strike lucky and find a supercharged 1 for decent money
