the higher the gauge the more power it can handle iirc.

the £30 autoleads stuff will do the job nicely, its 8gauge wire so should be plenty decent enough for the amp

cool video mark, nice skills. Russ the full track goes left at the end of the straight instead of right and uses turn 4 of the oval down to turn 1, and comes back onto that track about halfway between turn 1&2 so it was a bit short due to rocketmen and monster trucks

maybe you could look at getting a roof skin off of a renaultsport model, they dont have sunroofs in them and I doubt they would be more expensive than a normal roof skin. It should fit on OK also?
