The genuine Renault rear discs I supply come complete with bearings pressed in and ABS rings attached (magnetic not toothed though like on your 182)
No shim/spacer/washer and a slightly bigger rear hub nut (which I have in aswel)
Check when brake fluid was last changed in service book/folder,this often gets overlooked ime. Not an expensive job at all, and fresh decent brake fluid makes a difference
Not sure if Renault do them for the OP's car, but as @Ph1 Tom says Renault use Eibach springs on some RenaultSport models
Aswel as other manufacturers like Mazda with the MX-5 for example and I'm sure others will @Smiffyboy1990 just to make my earlier post clearer
