Nice compact little unit, but thinking of selling as I want a sb-600!!!
SB-400 is nice and cheap - lets you get in to flash photography on a budget and you can upgrade later if you think you want too!!

Random I know, but took the opportunity to try the new lens in some seriously low light. Its pitch black outside and all that illuminates the barn is a a single bulb which sits over the entrance.

Depends on your family size!!! You might want to go a bit wider than 35 if there is lots and lots of you!! Tripod is a must and try get a remote as they are only £12 (then use 2 sec delay). I would personally go for Aperture mode and go with F4-F6 (take a few) and let the camera take care of...
