Looks quite nice. Not sure i'd pay 150k though of my own money.
Plus you'd never want to use it, i bet it's not cheap to repair one of those!! Let's face it - i bet Ferrari/Porsche/Merc etc part's are much easier to get hold of.
I like them. Not sure it's what i'd do... But i do like them. If i had lot's of cash i'd like something with the 'euro' style and something more performance focussed. Best of both world's then.
Looks good that does pal.
Looks to be lowered... What's it running suspension wise? And is it comfortable? (Sorry, i'm trying to figure out what to go for)
Looks smart! :) My Aunty and Uncle live over in Aus. They keep telling me to go over but it isn't cheap!! Will do one day within the next 2/3 year's though i hope.
VTS aswell? Lucky man :D
Re: My New 2005 Liquid Yellow Clio 182
Looks smart. Personally would prefer dark wheels on it. But that's just my opinion.
How come you removed the sidelight bulb's? To get rid of the yellow light? How about LED bulb's for the sidelight's? That's what i've done and looks a million times...
The smallest of update's tbh. It's only minor but it's the small thing's that make a nice difference.
Put some Silvatec indicator bulb's and LED sidelight bulb's in today :)
The before's and after's...
Silvatec's:
Before
After
Sidelight's:
Before
After
No more orange egg yolk from...
Cheers dude :)
Coilovers, refurb wheels, k-tec stealth, silicone hosing and perhap's a bit of carbon. Want to keep this looking fairly standard and simple compared to the Saxo. The Sax was fun but attracted a lot of attention. Lot's of good but some bad too... It was a Saxo tbf lol. Do miss it...
I paid £1850 pal. My dad's in the trade so i'll get the cambelt done cheap - also a chap both me and my dad used to work with is ex-renault and has the special tools. So i'm sure he could sort us out.
But like i say, it's really nice condition, 67k miles... £1850... I couldn't find anything...
Haha, not far away at all then!!
Don't sell it! Lol :P
Yea, i thought the colour was nice - but now it's had some decent kit chucked at the paintwork (not literally) i really really love it. Proper happy!
Wahey. Got one after year's of wanting one :)
Bought this at a bargain price. Cambelt and de-phaser need's doing but at the price i got it for it honestly doesn't matter haha :D
67k miles on her too, so the sort of mileage i wanted.
Detailed her today and put new number plate's on. Didn't...
I'll stick a progress thread up tomorrow buddy. Giving it a full detail tomorrow with the machine and get some wax on her :)
Yours looks to have the exact stance i want!
Looking really good pal! The anth Turinis really set it off.
I was talking to you the other day on SaxP about 172's. Bagged myself a nice Flame Red 172 on saturday at a bargain price :D
I'm thinking it might have been a better idea to have done the arches before the rest of the car? To avoid splattering water and dirt around the freshly cleaned paintwork.
But it's a nice job anyway pal. Did the same to my Saxo yesterday :)
Lol, was waiting for someone to say that :P I just like my french car's though. I can also like anything else though... As i said, i don't mind the Octavia, but i would have to drive one to make me certain i'd put up with the Skoda badge! Lol.
You see plenty of people into Jap car's who will...
Jeeeez, bit heated in here folks.
Must admit though, i wouldn't buy a car if i didn't like the look of it - Fabia VRS... Meant to be very good cars... I still wouldn't buy one though. A) I don't like the looks and B) call me all you want but i couldn't live with a Skoda badge haha. Although i...
