When I watched it back, I expected the collision to happen about 5 or so seconds before it actually does, at the exit of the corner. Tony was driving straight for about 5 seconds before he got hit. Very weird, I can only assume the saxo just lost it on the grass.
Well personally, I was expecting the silver Civic to start pulling away, but Tony stuck right with him, even with the engine on it's last legs!
Didn't sound pretty when it went though.
Taken from my blog ;)
This was taken just before the incident. The saxo came across on Tony (as he was on the grass we think) and hit Tony TWICE, then spinning off. Sadly all out of view from me :(
Wait for the video, it's pretty scary how bad this could have been!
Note the smoke :(...
Good to meet you guys.
Shame about the incident in the race, and the engine giving up. Would probably have been another 3rd we reckon.
Roll on next season!
^ No problem.
I might add another section for the square type filters, as quite a few people are interested in getting them. Just got to get my ass in gear and get outside lol!
Front = Brembo HC + Ferodo 2500.
Back = Just any OEM disc and halfords pads.
Don't skimp on the front brakes, back doesn't do much so no need to break the bank there.
The style of the stickers look good, but I don't get why you would have a 'supercharged' sticker on it. Surely you want it to be a surprise when you kane it past some one ;)
I was watching the pedal cam for most of that, as I've trying to get the hang of heel and toe in my VX.
As a bit of a noob, why does it look like he's really slow coming off the clutch, for example at 1.15?
