Front Ast's are fitted. I took an educated guess that megane 2 rs top mounts would bolt straight up and it absolutely paid off.
One issue i had noticed with the Kangoo is that the strut tops get covered in water, as they are under the scuttle panel which has loads of holes in. The oem...
As above take exhaust off and see if there is any oil deposits on the rear turbine, if its wet with oil turbo is bad, if its normal soot then its ok and its issues with the engine
Updates
Finally pulled my finger out and started fitting the Ast's, rears first.
Started with bushes as got some powerflex in stock
Done
Shocks trial fit and fit well. No issues bolted straight on.
Im no expert on setting up coilovers but ive went with the approach of leaving 1/3 shock travel...
It was as awful to replace as you can imagine. Can carefully pull sound deading out of the way from underneath but does not give the access required to feed the cable in. After much swearing i took the airbox off and unclipped the sound deadening at the top, which lets you get your hand in if...
First almost breakdown/recovery in the blue dci on Tuesday, must have cursed it with saying about the reliability. Sat in traffic on a main road and the clutch cable snapped at the pedal end. Its been clicking for a while but assumed it was wear on the pedal ratchet :cautious:
Anyway started it...

Updates

I believe pulling the ecu will always throw the light on even when turned off in the multiplex. I just left the airbag ecu in with the airbags disabled and no warning lights.
The play in the rubber bush is normal, they dont really nip up as such and need to be slightly loose so they can rotate on the bewring once the car is on the floor. Check balljoints, trackrod ends and inner tie rods for play as all knock like f**k with a little bit of wear.
From memory the threaded section adjusts the jaw height, was ages ago when i used them. The grip you can get is unreal though just by squeezing the handles together, better than most molegrips
Knipex will be bang on, good brand.
I borrowed a set of snap on ones recently to undo a rounded off brake union. Prob better than most sets of stillys, great bit of kit.
