All fun and games isn't it, took me 3 days laid on my back on the drive to get the bolts out and spacers fitted! Even when you think you're on the home straight, these cars find something to kick you in the teeth.
Yeh, bang some Recaro's or some posh buckets like pole positions or something. If you must start stripping, just do the back seats and make it 'clubsport'.

Take some pics when the cup shocks are on. I still need to order new top mounts so I can get my shocks and Cooksports on :D
I had 10mm spacers on the back of mine with cup turinis so will have made them ET27.5 which is pretty much what @T9 0LLE's are and I though they looked too much as well.

As said, I wouldn't be too worried about 7 previous owners, these are old cars now so as long as it's been looked after, serviced as it should, belts done on time, you should be fine.
Makes me want to fit a few more strip lights in my garage.
How much power do the ones you've got/you're having fitted use? With them being LED, I assume not a lot?
I may just get a little pressure sprayer as I've got some BH Auto Foam. Good thinking that.

Fitting a tap in the next 2-3 weeks when I get chance so as long as it gets as much as possible off and it looks presentable, I'll be able to give it a fully going over and sealing when I've got the tap etc.
