As Matt has said check if it's had a recent cambelt change by someone that knows what they're doing or knock a few hundred quid off it's it is due one

Plenty useful info on here, including threads on coilovers. What sort of budget you in mind for them and what you using the car for , any track days or purely for road use
If you haven't any paperwork/service history to say its been done then it probably hasn't been
Worth travelling to get it done properly by one of the specialists on here imo. ^ Mick will look after you
They will both fit, the FCP565H do need filing a little bit to fit but nothing drastic just make sure they are not wedged in tight when fitting and that the backing plate has room to expand when hot.
The 565 have slightly more surface area and come slightly thicker so may as well go for those...
If you're wanting more noise etc, you can get the overrun/pop n bang remap from one of the specialists on here that do them or using the RS Tuner DIY. Again they should be able to make the throttle response sharper

Looks like it's got some decent parts on it already, first thing I'd do is book a track day and drive the thing

Brake ducts,or removing the front fog lights and arches will help get airflow to the front brakes- cheap and effective mod
