They will both fit, the FCP565H do need filing a little bit to fit but nothing drastic just make sure they are not wedged in tight when fitting and that the backing plate has room to expand when hot. The 565 have slightly more surface area and come slightly thicker so may as well go for those...

If you're wanting more noise etc, you can get the overrun/pop n bang remap from one of the specialists on here that do them or using the RS Tuner DIY. Again they should be able to make the throttle response sharper Have a search plenty of info on it on here...
