400 miles in an RS is easy (well a 1*2 at least!) I've done it may a time cruising down to Heathrow at 60mph.

Ok then - a rule of this theme, entries of a car are not allowed. This rule is trying to prevent loads of photos of a panned car or similar. Take it with a pinch of salt though, as for example, a light trail shot of a motorway etc would be ok, because that's being creative. How does that sound?

Maybe to force a bit more creativity, any shots with cars are not allowed? I can just see every other entry being a shot of car being panned lol. EDIT: and also no-one can accuse me of rigging (pun intended ;)) the comp :rasp:

I start at around 28, then let them back down to that after a few laps.

The 10-20mm is a cracking lens, but in some respects in is quite limiting. The 18-55 will be fine for the normal landscape shots. I've got no idea where you live, but just have a look online for areas nearby of 'natural beauty' or similar. Like the photo I entered in this months comp, I know...

Don't think a better camera will give you better photos. Completely wrong attitude to have. What sort of problems are you having?

Awesome bit of kit. I'm debating getting the screen. That's the only major gripe with them, you can't tell what you're framing :(

I think this is my best (which isn't great in itself at all), I rarely take photos of my car as I'm doing other peoples :( and that was so long ago it's changed a bit since then.
