Well i got told from paul@rstuning, the most he has ever seen out of inlets on a 172\182 is 3bhp, a ph1 will see better gains as the inlets on them are more poorly matched as standard
Yeah thats a custom live map, he was even surprised at the results, done on a really hot day to so he said it will be good for a few more horses on a cold day, but yeah your definately right a generic map would nowhere near get the same results 5bhp max

Has your cup got aircon? if it hasnt then the guy is right, its just an aux belt and it just slips onto the alternator, you can even do it yourself if needed
I got my ds2500 fitted off Hutchie off here, he left the shims in and grinded down the edges of the brake pads, fitted perfectly with no noise or squeaking at all :approve: good to use lots of copper grease to on the back of the pads and in the brake caliper
Not sure about the flange as i know when i had a ktec sports cat it had bent flanges but it was ment to be like that due to fitting, as for the pipe that is supposed to be round, yours is fooked, looks like its taken a nasty bash!
