I'd be taking it to one of the specialists off here like MickPM and save yourself a fair few quid.
The Traders section should be one of the first places you look when you need anything doing to or for your car

At the top right of screen go into the "settings", then on the left hand side...
As above i'd get a cheap set of 15" wheels if purely for track use as tyres are a lot cheaper, also preferred the handling on the smaller alloys
Also try to get a matching set of tyres on your current 16 inch tyres (they came with 195/45), not vital but bit odd

Liking how you've gone about this with replacing the important bits with good quality parts like the brakes and tyres, makes me laugh when people stick ditch finders on these cars to save a few quid
