Bike engines are alot faster. You have to drive them v hard to get the best out of them. They also have a shorter mechanical life expectancy. Clutches go etc etc. They are more suited to track work.
Whereas mine is great round town and will happily go along at 30 in 5th.
LOL i'm 18 so insurance is enough lol.

Well here it is. Finally picked it up. Had a few teething probs with it. The twin 45s were gunked up for it wouldn't rev above 4krpm. That cleared up today after a good thrashing. The newly fitted 4 pots work great.
Sorry about the mobile cam pics
Current spec is:
1600cc...
Just a standard toyota 4age 1600 with weber 45's on it. I don't know the spec yet as i only picked it up tonight. It recently has had a new bonnet though. From the old pics of ot the last one had a cut out in it.
Hmmm like i said i'll take it out with out the bonnet on tomorrow. If it still struggles i'll take it to a carb specialist. How much would that cost roughly.
I've just got it today after having some work done. Above 4krpm on full or highish throttle it just misses and stutters. If i go through the rev range on mid to low throttle it will go happily to 7krpm.
At the moment the filter for the weber 45's is touching the inside of the bonnet. I think...
Nope it'll still come off. The tyre sidewall flex's as you go along. So it just cracks paint off. I'd need to be a rubberised paint for it to work spot on.
