    MOT Advisories (Anti-roll bar pin)

:ROFLMAO: I did think that one was a little odd. I guess it's just that they can't assess the possibility of rust on the sills? It went to Mick at Diamond Motors for belts etc and he put it through the MOT with another garage (I'm not sure which).

    MOT Advisories (Anti-roll bar pin)

Hi All, I'm looking for some advice on my latest MOT advisories. The Clio has been off the road for a year due to lack of requirement and time. Anyway, I'd like to get it back on the road but wanted to sort a few issues first. The ones I'm not sure on are the anti-roll bar pins or bush. Is...

    Rear Wiper Bearing

Got it off with the Dremel and a bit of force.

    Rear Wiper Bearing

Thanks. I need to replace the whole arm because it’s snapped around that spline. I called it a bearing but only because I couldn’t think of a better name 😀

    Rear Wiper Bearing

Quick question, am I right in thinking the below bearing needs to be removed if I’m to replace the rear wiper on the 182? I think it’ll need grinding off but wanted to check before I hack away at it.

    Power Tool Perverts

Which jet wash would you guys recommend these days? I hear a lot of bad reviews of the Kärcher washers. I'd be mostly using it for washing the driveway and cleaning the car. Budget is anything under £500

    OSR ABS Sensor

Cheers mate, you don’t have a link do you? I’m searching on my phone but can’t find anything on the k-tec site. No worries if not, I can take a proper look later when I get home.

    OSR ABS Sensor

Just a quick post so somebody can hopefully confirm the below for me? My ESP, SERV and ABS light came on this morning. Feeling a slight judder under breaking so seems like the ABS sensor. I plugged it in and got the below error. I assume this is due to a faulty rear right ABS sensor? If so, can...

    Back 4 Blood

Played this most of yesterday with a friend and really enjoyed it. I was on the series X and he was on his laptop and we had no issues with crossplay or party chat. It's a lot of fun, if you enjoyed L4D then you'll enjoy this. Good visual, really good gameplay and plenty of campaign acts and...

    Rear Stub Axle Question

Hi Everyone, Hopefully an easy one but just wanted to check before I used brute force. Should I be able to separate the stub axle from the bracket? I want to take it off to give everything a good clean and paint but I didn't want to break it in the process. Is it just a case of hitting it...

    Oldest game you still play?

I have Desperados, but not 3. It's in my huge list of Steam games that I've never gotten around to playing. I'll definitely be giving Shadow Tactics a go soon though.

    Oldest game you still play?

That's the one (y) They also made a remastered version of Commandos 2 last year which I've not got round to trying yet.

    Oldest game you still play?

I'm currently playing through Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines which I only ever played as a demo in 1998. Such a good game, I think I'm going to give Shadow Tactics a go once I've completed this as it seems a very similar style of gameplay.

182 Trophy Brembo Conversion - Do I need them machining?

Cheers, will these 10mm do the trick? https://www.kamracing.co.uk/car-tuning/renault/renault-clio-mk2/suspension/renault-clio-mk2-pure-motorsport-wheel-spacers-renaultsport.html

182 Trophy Brembo Conversion - Do I need them machining?

Hi All, I'm after some advice on this topic related to 280/300mm discs and the Brembo machining. From what I understand if I use the below parts on my Trophy I won't need to machine the calipers, is that correct? Sorry, I know this has been covered before but I'm seeing conflicting information...

    182 Rear Calipers

All seems to have gone ok. I used the ez bleed kit and noticed it filled my reservoir entirely and I had to drain some of the fluid out. Is that normal? If not, any ideas why it would fill the reservoir like that? The brakes seem fine.

    182 Rear Calipers

Thanks for the replies everyone, super helpful as always. I ended up buying the one from ECP earlier without realising anyone had replied to my post. I have just tried the code on CP4L but it said it was invalid on the caliper. Using code BANK70 on ECP gets it down to £127.06 with the surcharge...

    182 Rear Calipers

Looking for a little advice. I've just noticed my handbrake isn't working for the drivers side wheel. I've taken a look and it seems the swing arm is knackered (doesn't move back to position and doesn't do anything when the handbrake is up. Is the below the correct part to replace the caliper...

Replaced the rear discs and pads and painted the calipers. Long overdue

    Front ABS Sensor

I filed the hole down slightly to remove the layer of rust and the sensor went in much easier.

Haha no I didn’t know that. I assumed they had just worn with age.

What have you done to your car today ???

Ordered an aluminium replacement Trophy plaque for the side of the drivers seat. Quite happy with it. Looks much cleaner than the old worn sticker.

    Brake Fluid Sensor Cap

While working on my car today I noticed this cap hanging freely below the brake fluid reservoir. It looks like it’s been touching the exhaust manifold and has melted to almost nothing. From what I can tell someone has just replaced it with a standard cap and not even bothered to unclip it. I’m...

    Front ABS Sensor

I found a bolt that fits perfectly. Caked it in copper grease so hopefully it isn't as difficult to remove next time round.
