I would look at 30-40 mm for a nice subtle drop and stick with a decent make of spring aswel or will ruin the ride
I'd check with your insurance aswel as may bump your premium right up
Yes can do it on your drive DIY no problem and it's free...
Just do short stints, go out for so many laps, do a cool down lap, let you, car and brakes cool down in pits and repeat
Looks tidy and a good base. Plans sound good, just enjoy it and add to it when needed. A whiteline RARB would be a nice addition ime
Like you say these cars are a bargain now a days and a bit cheaper to run than the beemer i'd imagine
