Completely different car. Tbh, I would go with a 182 and NOT bother with itbs/cams etc. V6s are just cars to stare at ;) Also, a 182 would be quicker, let alone a 182 with itbs.

Ive just gone from 205s to 195s, not noticed any difference so far, and I doubt I will tbh

It wont make it slower, that extra weight is negligible, but it will not improve the drive whatsoever.

Fitting a 182 exhaust on a 1.2 will not make it look better, you will simply get laughed at!! And it wont make it more fun to drive either, if anything the extra weight will make it slower!

I personally wouldnt consider a 200 as much of an upgrade. M3 sounds good ;)

Make sure you have a crap in the morning too! Lighter ftw ;)

I was in the same situation as my original exhaust was on the way out. I went in on the yozza group buy, delighted with it tbh! Not as loud as people make out which is what I wanted, hate stupidly loud exhausts on little cars!

I had sportlines for a while......loved them :)

Why would you want the twin exhausts on a 1.2?!

Loads of people say T1Rs are crap in the wet. I have them on my 182 (nice cheap 15"s ;)) and they seem fine to me.

I did have a lot the other day, but it was a REALLY foggy day, so could have been that. I've not noticed anything unusual yet though.

I did the same thing as you, went from a 1.2 to 182FF. Wise decision! Enjoy it!

The 172 looks dated?! I assume you mean the phase 1. The 172 cup doesn't look dated at all, its the same as a 182 with no twin exhausts!

Either get a 172 cup or 182 FF.

Ive got 205/50/15 888s, but 195/50/15 would make very little difference.
