Just thought back to what I've actually done over the past 5 weeks or so due to this club, a very mad and varied few weeks, good value for £5...

As a complete impartial judge I would actually relegate TomS and Tucks to 3rd and put Danlp6 in 2nd. Jerry's son and D_0_4_7 joint 4th due to some agreesive but underhand tactics including numerous bashing into the young helpless kids on the circuit, Jerry's son I will let off, but Dan should...
I had "Cup 172" on the back but the 172 came off leaving me with this...

Finishes it off nicely imo as it balances with the Renaultsport on the other side.

Love the Ghost Train pics, Tucks is classic!
Neil, could I have the pic of me over my car please? :) Will use it for future "show us your picture" threads!

Quite a few out in Weston today, a few key words to mention...thong, dodgems, Outrun (I sucked today), oh and getting a little girl wet by spraying her with a cannon - nice! I even got a suntan out of today, bonus!

Oh and if anyone wants to see...
Too right it will, not letting any old scummer by my baby! I'm vetting potential owners even if it costs me a sale :) Got a few months to offload it so its not going to a bad home just for a quick sale.
Only a quick shampoo. Seems to clean up really well without going to extreme lengths, I use NXT Wax every 2 months and its so easy to clean for a good 6 weeks or so once thats on, hardly need to dry it too, a bonus when its 1c and your hands are about to fall off!
Need to save some cash for those horrible adult things such as a house so its going and being replaced by a Valver, should free up several grand towards a deposit. Really don't want to sell it but I will be stuck at home for years if I don't!
Not sure on the price just yet, its a 53 plate...
Went out to the local Tin Church today to get some pictures of my car for the forthcoming "for sale" thread :dapprove:, was so pleased with the results I thought I would share...
One thing for sure we won't be seeing a £13k Cup version again, what are they going to remove?! I can't see much they could take out that will save weight and money, maybe 20-30kg and £1000 off but nothing like the 89kg and £2k+ taken out of the Cup.
Renault did give us that...
http://www.renaultsport.co.uk/championships/cliocup/news/story.asp?ArticleID=1241, I'm sure the Pug is just as likely to retain its looks as the Clio did :)
I would say wait for the Cup, but what are they going to remove in terms of weight and financial cost? Unless they go real hardcore and remove the back seats I can't see what they can do, it already lacks a spare wheel!
Is it not the same thing? Both of my Clio's have had variable settings, I'll be damned if I have ever even figured out which way makes it more sensitive or whatever as it seems to make no difference! I just do it manually now, its that or not being able to see due to rain or not being able to...
Variable intermittent wipers, noooooooooo!!!! Do Renault not listen, we want a bog standard consistent intermittent wipe, none of this fancy variable nonsense, it doesn't work! I've tried it on every setting in my last two Clio's and if you let it be its gets to a point where you are driving...
They teased us with that lovely yellow Cup car then we get very tame colours you would expect to see on a Rover or something, Nimbus is the only standout colour for me.
White, yellow and something a bit mad like Inferno would be nice. I guess they are saving some of the better colours for the...
I went through Blackcircles, seemed to be well priced and they sent the tyres to my local fitter to be fitted. They swapped my fronts with backs, no idea why though, just means I will need new fronts quicker now!
If its going to work with any colour it would be Silver, any of the other colours would be serious overkill imo. So go for it I say, even though I personally prefer the black to break it up (as above I wasn't drawn to the silver grill on yours) I imagine you would like it if you like the top grill.
...and for future reference don't panic if these take quite some time to be delivered once ordered, mine took over a month, I believe they are custom made to order hence the wait.
