    Photo wise you may be better signing up for photobucket or Flickr (which is better) as it will make things a lot easier in future for you. I am a fan of flocked dashes to looking forward to seeing the progress :)

    thanks a lot buddy, you don't happen to know what size steering wheels people run to be slightly smaller than standard do you? I'm 6'5" and the standard one is a bit big and catches my knees.

    haha good point. I'll be keeping an eye out on ebay etc to see what pops up anyway. Like I said it is supposed to be 'cheap fun' how long that lasts we shall have to see. That looks miles better and I have a can of that in my garage from doing the wipers, I'll give that a shot, cheers!

    I have just done my friends after work for her, couple of sheets of wet and dry that I had around the garage and hit it with megs 105 via da and they came up brilliant. These kits seem a bit over priced to me.

    My mechanic seemed pretty sure it was the rocker but I'm willing to check anything before diving in to the belts again, I'll go out and double check after, is there a set torque to do them back up to? I've literally just done a partial steering refresh along with the gearbox oil today too...

    He's about the same distance from me but the opposite direction and I know his work is good so I'll be phoning them both :) Bugger about the belts though what a ballache. Still if needs must it has to be done I guess.

    Get a picture up of your faded paint, if it isn't too bad a hobby detailer on here may be able to help you out? For example I just did this to my mx5: IMG_3777 by theycallmepaul, on Flickr May work out a lot cheaper short term for you as a quick fix.
