No problem, glad you're getting sorted
It happens a fair bit this. if a previous owner has thrown them away by accident, then you don't realise they are meant to be there until its too late unfortunately
There should be little spacers behind the discs. These should be on the car, (no discs come with them) they may have been thrown away by mistake by a previous owner. They can stick to the old discs on removal.
You need the spacers putting on before putting anymore discs on or the same will...
Ye he did mate.
He's got a black Meg 225 now that he's starting to tinker with.
Clio was tidy as and I'm sure the Meg will be when he's finished with it.
Then when he's got it mint he'll probably buy something else the wally! :rasp:
This tbh
If you've done the first list of things to your 172 already I'd carry on and sort the few other bits which ain't a lot after what you've done so far.
Get a second hand stainless exhaust off here
I'd imagine will be cheaper to finish getting your Clio back up to scratch then sort that...
Just straight swap
Make sure you have the radio code to hand as it will reset it and ask for it
If its the oem head unit, there are a few people on here that can get you the code from the serial number on it
