    Newbie help

You need to find out which exhaust/de cat you have and how its all been connected mate? You may find someone is willing to swap yours for there's is they are after a decat system. Might be worth putting a wanted thread up if you can't simply unbolt yours or a swap for a 182 cat

Mot Fail ....... decisions 172 Cup

That lot will freshen it up nicely I preferred the 195 tyres aswel. I really rate the PE2s if you can still get them in that size or Contisport contacts are very good aswel Gearbox oil if it hasn't been done for a bit while you're at it

Nankang NS-2R Track Tyre - Anyone going to be trying them?

I'm trying some federal RSR out soon as they're getting good reviews for the money, again I probably wouldn't choose their "normal" road tyres These could be another tyre to test out when I need some more

    noise from rear of car

Yes simply unscrews from underneath They're around £20 from Renault iirc
  22. George@RTR_Parts

    noise from rear of car

No worries You would be better getting new genuine shocks and a decent set of lowering springs then a budget set of Coilovers for that kind of money tbh You can buy the rear mount separately and come with the rubber insert in. Some people modify them by using cable ties and nuts/off cuts...
