I believe it wont as I think the unlock code is to unlock the RS-Tuner from the previous car to your car, thus a new code would be needed. Let us know if this is wrong though :)
Just out of interest, how olds the filter? I rang ramair due to another thread that said I should oil my filter, and ramair said it comes pre-impregnated in the manufacture process and only need to be done after cleaning. i'm not sure I believe them though as the filter shows no sign of being...
bit of a twatish comment that really don't you think? Most of Cs aren't mechanics or only dabble in it now an then. The timing on the f4r is very easy to get wrong, even garages have managed to do it wrong countless times.
I didn't say don't do it, I was explaining why there are probably no 'step-by-step' guides ;) If you want the service manual, I can pm you that over, but its not a 'step-by-step' guide.
I will be very surprised if you have seen any improvement. Bi-wiring is a marketing gimmick that defies the law of physics, the superposition principle to be exact.
Cambelt isn't a common 'fault' as such. its quite simple really, it needs changing every 72K or every 5 years, whichever comes sooner. Aux belt needs changing every 30K or 5 years. If you dont have any paperwork saying its been done, get it done as a snapped belt nearly always means a new engine!
I seem to remember people saying that the ones that were pushed hard from the beginning seemed to give better power outputs later in life. not sure if thats true though :/
its something I use all the time tbh. I use my phone as a a portable storage device, swap cards between my phones/tablets etc. In fact, its one of the reason I didn't buy into an iphone.
aww shame. Good to hear work is up at the moment though! I think one of the bearings are on the way out on mine. If it is I will need your services to correct it :) Will probably see you at the rolling road day when it happens i guess?
