First off, check all ABS sensors are free from debris, they tend to get a build up of brake pad/disc material as they're magnetic (especially on bedding in new pads and discs). If this doesn't work then see if the garage has knocked one of the ABS sensors increasing the gap to the ABS ring (Also...
Don't bother with r888's on road as they are like plastic when cold, and in the wet when cold are damn right dangerous, the noise is also terrible, stick with a road tyre if you already have them on the rear axel. Also I wouldn't touch the f1's personally as the sidewalls are super soft and roll...
Just about to attempt the following:
Oil service
Lowering springs
New dampers
Camber bolts
Exhaust hangers
Bleed brakes
Service my mates Astravan (oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter)
Fun times...
That wing will have zero affect on rear down force due to how its positioned, in fact it will induce drag more than anything and could even induce lift as the air rushes over the roof line then hits the underside of the wing pushing upwards. Wings like that should be placed inline with the roof...
No Mot, no tax, no test drive, dent in bonnet, cambelt needs doing and £38k, is he having a laugh. I shouldn't be as it affects me in no way whatsoever but I'm a little annoyed by this ad.
Just buy some PS3s for the front, no need to purchase track orientated tyres for mostly road use. Just get a set of cheap 15" for track tyres.
I've just got 4 x 195 50 15 r888s with 4mm of tread for £120 of ebay to go on my 15s, loads of bargains out there.
@OssPoop remember when you buy the pump from eBay get one with a return option as you don't need to remove the old pump to check if the new one does the trick, its a case of just moving the header and power steering tanks out the way, unplugging the harness's of the pump and plugging them into...
I've got this (attached) which is 350mm and is perfect. Remember the smaller the size the harder the steering will become, a 300mm would be a PITA on the road but good on track, where as the 350mm is a good compromise for road and track, plus my one is a mid dish meaning it brings the wheel...
If you want a road tyre with stiff sidewall and excellent dry grip but aren't to bothered about wet grip then look at the Potenza range, I used to have RE040 on my CTR and they where brilliant, think these may have been replaced by RE050 now...
The PSS are an extreme performance summer tyre, the RSR is a proper trackday tyre. If you went on track with the PSS it would disintegrate in half a day whereas the RSR wouldn't. There are loads of trade offs but if its just a road car then I'd just stick with road tyres mate as the RSR's will...
@N11YFE what do you use to hold the camera in-car?
I use this which is very good and it can me mounted to the side of my helmet for track days.

I've got a 32gb speed 10 and its fine, gives 4.5 hours of 1080p video. Oh and order a couple of spare batteries and charger as the battery only lasts a few hours fully charged.
Something like this...https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B013QPPOYC/?tag=cliospnet01-21
I went with this mate, very happy with it and its wifi so you can watch on your phone, tablet, ipad, laptop ect from the camera without unmounting the SD card. You can get this a little cheaper but there are so many fakes around I ordered direct from SJCAM through Amazon...
Instead of posting smart arse comments and you have some sort of actual experience with these on track then why not just help us out? It was me who posted I'd heard good things about them on track due to there stiffness compared to other springs on the market, if not so good then let the people...
The reason I say abs pump is the clicking noise, the pumps click when opening and closing the ports/solenoids. More than likely the master though mate. I have one in good working order with res attached if you want it, make me a reasonable offer if you need it.
Its just an iPhone 5 that mate. Just got a SJCAM SJ4000 wifi which is brilliant for the money compared to the gopro..£50 vs £££'s. Also you don't even nedd to buy new R888's, get part worns of ebay for half the price, they last ages on a light Clio.
Tyres and brakes and it will be ready for track work as long as the suspension is in good working order, cup or non cup these handle great out the box.
Car looks great, if fitting a cage then get 1 x lightweight fixed back seat to compensate for the additional weight of the cage. As above the current seats will fund a good chunk of the mods above. Oh and ditch the DS2500 and go Carbone Lorraine.

Yeah got some on Monday, was gonna be fitting them with new cup dampers as well. Might just fit them and see then bang them on eBay for £20 if crap. Is fitting 3 bolts either side on the fronts and 2 bolts either side on the rears and no spring compressor required?
