Didnt realise you was after some, got them one i did my suspension refresh mid season.

Iv had these for a while now, Ktec been selling them for about 6 months iirc.

Sorry to be reading this mate, but it sounds like you have a plan and needs must and all that :)

Sump guard is a must as i found out the hard way when a curbing clipped the gear linkage rendering reverse gear useless. Renault do a sump guard for the Clio (European/rocky region edition iirc) search on here for a part number.

How many hours use is required then before the plates need changing out?

Its been fine, the T7 has 4 outlets, i have blocked 2 up and direct the airflow vie 2 tubes into the original demist vents behind the dash. The air gets drawn from within the cabin vie the T7 fan. I would say its the same power as setting 2/3 on the oem fans. I use a roof scoop and window vent...
