Great decision on getting Birchdown to do the ARB bushes ;) they did mine for the exact same reason lol

Put plenty of weight over them when opening them to avoid damaging head (ideally a ratchet and torx bit) and then chuck them in some Billt-Hammber deox bath, they'll come up like new. Obviously this is if the head isn't damage.

Unscrew bracket, wire brush back of it, contact area on the chassis and clean the screw up. Make sure every things clean.
