Thank you Aucky :) Was a nice little job tbh, pain in arse with getting parts. Need a hand or anything just send me a PM
Bo****ks Hope you get it from France soon, took a while for mine to come from 'France' lol
Where it should be :) Awesome photos, looks so much fun.
Always get people like person in the Evo who think they're clever booting it down straights then pussy footing around corners, usually try to come in and let him **** fight other people lol.
Camber bolts allow camber to be adjusted on the hub/bottom suspension strut.
Camber shims are fitted behind the rear hubs again allowing camber to be set, these come in fixed values depending on requirement. Although whitelines ones are slightly adjustable iirc.
Think the AST top mounts are...
Am I right in saying that the damper bolt mounted 'L' brackets have been revised at somepoint for greater strength?
If so could someone post a pick of the old and new design ones, thank you. Not sure which I have.
From factory they adjuster dial has a pin fitted through it into the body of the reservoir to lock them at that damping rate. All the adjustment valve mechanism is there to adjust the rate.
Awesome dampers straight out of box, like Fred and Sam mentioned get them unpinned, some extra pieces together with alignment and it opens up a whole new level to them in terms of ability and performance imo.
Back after getting them fitted, definitely say it's tightened the feel of the front up nicely. Whether it the poly ones or just getting rid of the old ones don't know but feels much tighter now.
