Why would you need new brakes ?
If you're going to "need new brakes" and "damage the clutch" why would you consider doing it ?

I really really can't fathom this logic.
The front wheels do the steering, most of the braking and carry most of the load on a FWD such as a Clio.
The rear wheels basically as Brendan said, are coasters to keep the bumper off the tarmac. Putting some R888s on the rears and some 15 year old...
Just use a little at a time and use it all / rinse it out - don't leave any in the spray bottle.
Solvents will eat plastic/rubber.. hence why it gets delivered in a metal container.
