So you're going to walk to work instead ? I'm not (trying) to be an arse.. but 10k miles a year is really nothing to worry about, unless your commute is 20 miles of cobbled hills. Say it costs you £500 a year in really extreme circumstances, add that to the £1k+ you're going to lose selling...

Belt tensioner.. not a belt. If the belt is loose, it will squeak when under load from the power-steering because it's not as tight as it should be.

Budget ? Requirements ? Experience ? From someone that has about £5k worth of cameras and lenses sat in the cupboard (haven't bought anything for 5+ years), think about it properly before investing - I use my phone for at least 99% of my photography... Phone + Snapspeed (photoshop type app)...
