On a 172 Cup, the Cup chassis was 3mm lower and there was 20mm wider track at front and 10mm at back, but that doesn't matter too much as if you put the Cup Spoiler on and get some other suspension, who will know? Instead of paying £150+ for Renault Splitter, get Skoda Fabia one for around £12...
Yep. Removing throttle body is piece of piss...remove airbox and elbow, disconnect the jubilee clip and then its 4 torx bits and its off. Just remove all the connections from it. :)
I would have a look at the throttle body. Other half's old car used to start to 'cough' when stopping at roundabouts (even after good drive) and then stall. Once TB was removed, cleaned and reseated, it sorted itself. I would do that in first instance. :)
Depends on the place. If I remember correctly its £30 ish for wheel bearings, then an hours labour as they need to press bearings in. so dependant on the labour charges you could get it done for £80 a side
Get car up to 50mph and have the sound making its noise, then put car into neutral and coast at similar speeds, if the noise remains, its wheel bearing.
I think we should broach it with them on Saturday. After all, its a bit of a pisstake, especially with the distance Rich is travelling. If they want to pull that kind of stunt, I dont think we'll be using them again if im honest.
I would suggest leaving Frankley at 8:30...no point being at Viezu for 08:30...(need to give them time to make the butties if Matt has done what he's been asked!) ;)
I know its a 182...but this is mine. They will custom make the exhaust pipe around the spare wheel well of the 1.2

Prospeed exhausts in cardiff. Charlie knows his stuff and will do whatever you want. Mine had cat amendment and catback but wanted it to be quiet around town, but made a noise when giving the beans. At 70 on the motorway it is easily bearable.
I would say if you had time to wait...wait for a new Clio4 with a 1.6turbo which was rear ended and put that in...I reckon that would be a good conversion!
The Ironbridge is a metal bridge on outskirts of Telford...and Lady Godiva is Coventry. We need (if we are doing something regional) something with Brum or Wolves in it...
Could have something representing 'BTM' so Fred has advertising...;)
Following on from a pm from Ryan, it seems every other area is doing a CS area sticker 'Cliosport West Midlands' is what we want, but want something different to the KK esque stickers so we stand out. We could make this better by owning the design (so to speak) and even see if people would give...
If they give it a tug and realise its easy off...or could just fall off I know its just sticky stuff at end of day, but can I help being an untrusting b*****d?
Velcro can be easily removed...so some cunit could pull them off easily. I prefer proper sticky pads from Halfords as looks better/cleaner than screws.
