15's are just better full stop really. Think it's only styling which lead to the 16's, but I much prefer the functional look to the concept car look anyway so.
It's not that mate, you can get them in 205/50/16, but I've always known I'd be getting 15's but I can't afford the wheels I want and those tyres all at once at the moment, so these are just a temporary measure because the old ones were bald.
Right then, Yoko's went on today. Got to try them in the dry and the wet thanks to the unpredictability of the great British weather.
Initial thoughts - much more traction in the dry. Hardly surprising, the old tyres were some unbranded cheapo ones the previous owner slapped on. So accelerating...
I'd say we meet early-ish, say 9/9:30, at Chester Services like James mentioned.
As for how far, depends on suggestions for the route. I'm thinking some nice driving roads and places for photos and food etc in North Wales.
As I say I'm not totally clued up on North Wales so if anybody has any...
Just remembered I have this photo, which shows what I'm on about.
So as you can see, it wipes 3/4 of the way it should, then goes back past the resting position wiping the top of the boot lid then back up to resting.

Do all the AC non-sports have climate? Not sure I've seen that before, probably just never noticed.
Would benefit from the headlights being restored with one of the 3M or Meguiar's headlight restoration kits, would remove all the frosted discolouration and freshen the front end up.
Thought it was about time we discuss the route.
Anybody got any routes they'd recommend?
Also let's think of a central place for everybody on the way towards Wales where we can meet, a services etc.
Fitted a rear wiper motor from my brother's breaker phase 1, and for some reason it sweeps 3/4 of the screen, then a 1/4 of the boot lid before going to resting position. Super weird how it goes past resting position clockwise onto the boot lid, surely resting position should be the end of the...
Fatty Kit/KTEC kit is pretty much the standard induction setup everybody goes for now. Got the KTEC on mine, great noise, no heat soak, no losses in power.
Pretty much the no brainer option unless you go no battery with a straighter bend or RS2/ITB's etc.
Mine said Lambda sensor on another misfire I had, changed it and it didn't go away. Turned out to be coil pack that time.
Not sure if the exhaust getting hot from the fuel burning in the exhaust from the misfire could f*ck the Lambda maybe? Because mine was letting out these huge pops and bangs...
Cool pics man! Always think this place looks like a mini New York.
Would love to go to Chicago, incredible city. Only been in the airport there to get a connecting flight to Richmond Virginia. Fingers crossed I get an opportunity to go through my work sometime and have a look around and take...
You'd be better off getting some 15" wheels for those AD08R's. Only £240 a set on 15's.
The difference in price could buy you some 15" OZ F1's or similar?
Just seen a Titanium 182 with silver Turini's near the University. Looked nice!
Then a standard BG 182 in the same multi-storey as me also near the uni.
Funnily enough, the day I picked mine up I got a misfire on the way home, no warning lights same as you. Typical Renaultsport baptism of fire.
Turned out to be injectors on mine. Coil pack is the other usual suspect. Those two are the main two for misfires.
