If it isn't rusted they wont replace it! Mine was literally orange and covered in rust so I got a brand new one :)

For getting rid of the orange peel texture on mine I sanded them down til they were incredibly smooth with 240 grit then made them even smoother with 800 & 1200. Then primer. Then wetsand with the 1200 all over and when dry they should feel incredibly smooth.

That CAF is about as subtle as a fart in a church during prayer.

Apparently the imports are 1 touch for each side.
