Let it dwell for a while mate and see how you get on. Some T&G can take longer than others.
It could be from anywhere mate. Neighbour painting something in a breeze etc. body shop. All sorts. Hope the glue remover sorts it anyway :)
if you've tried some half decent T&G and its not moving then that would suggest its not Tar. Little tip, and sorry if im preaching to the choir here, is to let the T&G dwell a little while. Use a peice of kitchen towel, soak it and leave it on the panel for a minute or two to really let it work...
Personally, I'd always go for the 50ml. It's marginally more expensive but it's such a handy product to have spare of. I did my kitchen sink and everything at home 🤣
I havent used the 2 year, but I did use the 1 year version (V1?)
As a product, its pretty good. Its a 'lite' coating so you cant expect miracles from it. But, for the money, it was pretty darn good. The biggest issue I had with it was application - went on easily, but getting it off evenly was...
They do sell extension bars for them.
However.
If you're shooting for really tight spaces, dont bother. You'll need a new machine. Consider the 'throw' of the machine (in other words, how far left-right, up-down in a sense) it is going to move. If you reduce the pad size, the throw wont become...
I did:
WWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Edit: It sounded f**king epic. Sorry I cant be more specific. @Barley may have done as he was filming a bit throughout the day?
@Touring_Rob and I were saying that we think these are some of the best TD pictures we have seen. Top work mate - and all the money is going to charity!
Edit - @Filters (?) doing sighting laps in the flatbed cracked me up, just got reminded from the pictures 🤣
Mine were the same!
Pulled my track wheels out of my boot last night and just 'dusted' them off with my gloves on. Walked out to get in my car this morning and said to myself 'WTF is that pile of black stu.....oh....yeah'
It was nuts!
Also, great to meet you mate! Sorry we didnt get to chat...

Any time mate, it was a right good laugh. The bloody thing just wouldnt go in a straight line ...
I felt like a right pillock when I saw all the other prizes.
Car cleaning kits, tools, vouches for car parts (speaking of which, I really hope KTEC sell BMW parts ....) and then, out of the left field, PILLOWS.
Oh well. All for a good cause. Ill have to find something equally as random to...
Ahh, chaps. What a weekend!
First CSF and, well, it definitely wont be the last. This is going to become an annual thing now for me, without a doubt!
The Chang Chariot went like a rocket all day. No issues whatsoever and the NS2R's were definitely putting in the work! NSF tyre is nice and...
Locked and loaded minus a helmet which I definitely haven't set a reminder for tomorrow morning....
Can't wait to be a bollard in the corners. Whoop!
@J-J those are my spare winter tyres ready for track 😘
Cars ready, just needs a wash tonight. Ill be staying in Chester tomorrow night for a night out. Ill only be 2.5 hours away from Anglesey so unsure what ill do all day Friday if im honest!
@Sunglasses_Ron Do you need a hand setting up? Im literally going spare all day! Happy to help, im very...
Absolutely buzzing for this chaps!
I know it was mentioned previously in here but I cant find it now.
Anyone have any half decent videos of both layouts? I should probably start learning the track before I end up in the sea
As far as I know, its just the downside of having a 'beading' LSP as opposed to a 'sheeting' LSP.
As you've said, its where the water angle is so high that it 'beads' and then just sits there. There are certain LSP's that still protect whilst sheeting, but I really cant recall any - cos beadz r...
Few little bits to do to the straight line missile:
New front pads
Full service, including plugs which arent all that fun in the 140
Brake fluid change
Mot
Clean track wheels
All being well, that should be it in prep for CSF! Oh, and its absolutely desperado for a proper proper clean.
Ive always used the Carchem fallout remover. Not the best in terms of reaction, but the price is so good that it more than makes up for it. Ive got 25L in the garage
