Yes I am a RS owner, but I did have a 1.2 before so I can comment on this. It depends on the persons situation, but the money you spend will add up to quite a lot, and the differences will be very minor.
Tbh, I wouldnt bother spending ANY money on a 1.2. Just save up for a faster car when you can get one.
Trying to make a 1.2 more powerful is a waste of time.
Well the suspension is properly setup now, at least it felt it on track! As soon as he turned into the first corner, I was blown away by how well it cornered!
I think I'd rather save up a bit more and go down the forced induction route. Might cost a bit more, but the power increases are massively different than itbs :)
I wouldnt be able to justify 2500s for just road use. What about the DS pads? Or Mintex 1144s? Although I think both are a bit more expensive than stock pads :(

But as Fletcher says, that combo is killer on a Clio. I have that, but with Mintex 1144 pads, such an improvement over the standard brakes.
