Tripod shots from Bedford Evening sesh...

Yeh definitely more confident. The first few laps at Bedford I was shitting bricks!! But towards the end I was much quicker, not braking in places where I was braking before, braking later etc. I had a good teacher, Burp, he said I improved massively, not sure whether he was just saying that...

    RS sabelt steering wheels?

Word of warning, they do fade relatively quickly, depending on how much you use it of course. But best looking wheel for a clio imo :)

Best fixed bucket seat for veryday use?

Just to show you what they look like. I would say that they seem a bit tricky to use with seatbelts, hence why Ive gone down the harness route. Regarding fitting, they were a fekin pain in the ass! Because I bought them with incorrect subframes, so I had to bolt them directly to the floor. JMS...

Best fixed bucket seat for veryday use?

Ive recently got Bimarco Futuras, and they tick all of your requirements. They're comfy, light and very affordable. Mine are side mounted and are bolted straight to the floor, so you could get any lower! Cobra Imolas are a popular choice, but for my build they are a bit tight around the...

    Eventually Ready For A Trackday....

My first trackday was Bedford. I LOVED it, so much so that Im doing it again in August, and am thinking of doing the Oulton park one too. There's another RS Bedford day this Friday, there still might be spaces on that, or the next one is near the end of August. I would really recommend the...

    197 Track Tyre Pressures?

When I did my track day, I started at just under 30psi. But then as we did a few laps that went up by quite a lot, so we had to keep letting the pressure out to keep at steady. That was in a 182 though, cant see why it would be different though :)

    Harnesses

Just FYI, My car went in for the MOT today. The harnesses passed without any problems, the tester didnt even mention anything about them. They are the Sabelt 4 points, with the aero style buckle :) Unfortunately the car failed on a knackered ball joint, so thats getting fixed, then jobs a...
