Just got mine from the Demon Tweeks group buy. Was looking at all the metal fittings and wondering how these have coped with rust etc from people who have them fitted? They look to only be plated and judging by the state of my exhaust clamps I replaced recently I'm wondering if it'd be worth...

Any issues with part numbers and Trophy dampers, ask to make sure the renault person isn't selecting extreme handling pack suspension. Once reg. number is in their system the Trophy setup will be classed as non-cup, selecting that it has extreme handling pack will give you cup spec items...

Williams style bonnet bulge? Would obviously change the standard OEM look though :/

Are you running spacers on the hubs so the wheels will clear the brembo calipers? What 15" wheels are you using that fit over the front brakes? Awesome car :)

The piston on one of mine was scored so that was replaced £100+ :/ If you're going to paint them Silver hammerite smooth is pretty much a perfect match.

Looks like you had fun getting the dampers off :/ Bet you can't wait to get them back, mine handled so well after, forgot how hard it was lol. Car looks gorgeous.

I've used the HYCOTE stuff, seems good so far Brass wire brushed are good to clean up the cast Aluminium

Been using Megs 83 on britmax orange pad (Then either lime prim or recently Z-AIO) but only on a DA. Brother has a rotary so might borrow that for the bonnet and roof. Thanks for the reply I'll look into Menz stuff :)
