Seeing as the price of Toyo R888 has gone up into the price bracket of other manufactures trackday tyres.
Has anyone any experience of using other semi slick track day tyres and anyone know how they compare to the R888?
Would be good if we could get a list up with some approx prices
Thanks for comments :D
No there just black plastic entry clio ones.
Thanks. They're made by blueflame, were on car when I bought it
No foglamps are out for brake ducts. Covered up for day-day driving though.
Spent some time yesterday and then today cleaning the little Trophy then went to the village I grew up to take a few photos on my way home. Thought it would make a change sharing some non-trackday photos with you ;)
Photos taken on my Sony Ericsson mobile Thanks / Diolch
Been using Castrol superdot 4 for over 2 1/2 yrs now on track without any fade issues. How old is the fluid? Did you have a 'soft and spongey' pedal or were they just not slowing you down as you'd expect?

All I've got, hope it's of some use?
Shows how both the feeds are connected to the airbox
The feed that goes down the arch is connected to the top of the v/v shown in the picture below.
Looks like a great day. How is Llandow as a circuit? Looks similar to how the old Anglesey circuit was.
I'll have to make the journer down from the north down I think :)
