I run cold pressure of Front 27, Rear 25 again aiming for approx 30psi hot all round.
Start with approx these pressure and tweek from there as you feel.
Will be sending the dampers away to be refurbished soon, while car is off road looking to give front and rear end a refresh. Plan atm is:-
Front damper refurbishment,
Cleaning up front hubs and fitting new bearings,
Replacing rear dampers,
Replacing suspension top mounts,
various rust...

Would always debadge a 172 for 'sleeper' reasons, not much point with 182 and it's exahusts lol, or trophy sill stickers either lol.
Can any improvements be done in the rear allignment on a Clio?
Front is setup at -1.5 deg camber.
with rear at -1.3deg camber (no shims) with approx 10 min toe in.
Or can anyone recomend a good setup that would be decent for both road/track keeping in mind that front camber will be no more...
