Screwed mate. You are only covered by insurance on the way to an MOT Station...(the idea is that you will get your MOT and therefore be fine to go home!)

Do you currently have aftermarket on there? I would go to Prospeed, as they can make the exhaust to your requirements. So if you want something which is relatively quiet when pootling, bit has grunt when booting it. They can do that. Also, they can do you a stealth, or cut into the bumper.

Fred, The only problem I have with that location is that you have suggested it, and if the usual happens...it means that the person who suggests it doesn't turn up! Its not a dig mate...just how people roll.. (Put a meet on at....meet arranged, person either can't make it or just doesn't turn...

I have done front pads before...never done rears. I see that there 2 17mm bolts...do I need to undo these to get to the pads? Can't find any guides to help...but want to do them myself. Any clues? Thanks in advance :)

I was advising about phones as it was my only bugbear with them. You will get through, you just need to try at it a fair few times. Its right by the Bull Ring in Birmingham so you cant really go wrong. I would bell them just to make sure you get what you want.

They charge £20 per wheel for shotblast, refurb and powdercoat. So long as you choose one of their standard colours its £20...if you want something custom it will be more expensive. Just bear in mind though that they are s**t at answering phone...I think white and anthracite will be standard...

They have to bake powdercoat on...if they put plastic through that heat...it would melt. Also, I dont think that you can electro charge plastic which is what gets powdercoat to stick.
