It would be a 195/45/15, but the I would run a 195/50/15 as the 50 profile is a lot more common and cheaper. That would be a decent stretch and should be fine
If you are going to run some stretched tyres and camber you will be fine, ET20 isn't to bad as standard wheels do sit pretty far in the arches anyway. What size tyres do you plan to run?
