You may have a good one then, the way to test the scuttle panel is to run a hose along the screen with the bonnet open and see if you can see water dripping into the engine bay. Vauxhall would have it on record if anything like thats been done. Then again who cares if its running great. Proper...

Looks superb Dan. I take it its had either new injectors or engine already? The amount of engines/injectors we do on the Trafics is/was stupid. Scuttle panel leaks water onto the injectors causing a missfire. Injectors normally seize in then when trying to remove them they snap in the head...

Yea a 2001 should not have the adjustable pulley fitted. Maybe its had a replacement engine at some point from a later model?

Adjustable camshaft pulley wasn't introduced until 2005. Your car will need crank pin mot 1489 and the camshaft pin. The crank pin does not lock the engine up, just bumps up. The crank sprocket is also free floating, so once you have removed the bottom pulley you may need to push the flywheel...

late 57/08 are 6 years on the belts.
