    Go to Dan. From what i witnessed on a 172 recently where the water pump bearing collapsed i would do the pump aswell. Aux belt came off and went into the cambelt, smashed all the valves. Water pump bearing was totalled, you could move the pulley up, down left and right lol. Was on 60k.
