Have very similar problem in my Clio, feels like you have a puncture etc.
Have checked all as you have done Nick but can't find anything.
Seems to only happen on dual carragways or straight relatively smooth roads.
Happens for less than 1min and very intermittent for around 6 months now...
Trophy turinis are quoted at being 8.4Kg, (1.3Kg lighter than the 182 wheels acording to renault)
weighed one of mine without tyre and center cap and came in at around 8.2Kg.
So about right.
Agree with most of the posts,
If you already have the integra you know it's history (i.e what you have done/looked after it) and it's a great car straight out of the box.
Was looking at either an ITR or a Trophy, went for the trophy, there is very little between either (ITR's and RS clios)...
Remember that the cup rear seats are a bit lighter than the FF version, no headrests etc.
Evo mag quote the 182 cup/trophy kerb weight as being 1090kg, assuming thats with not a lot of fuel in the tank!
Nice work, like the seats ;)
Not 100% sure but looks like the throttle potentiometer. Tells the ecu the position of the throttle butterfly.
Have not worked on Mk I's, someone on here will know for sure.
Paid £200 for genuine renault discs (inc. bearings) and pads from Yozzasport about a month ago. (£45 pads, £155 discs)
Went for genuine renault parts as theres still a few months to go on mine.
Yozza do a package for £185 that uses bendix pads. Think GDi have similar prices but haven't dealt...
First check all the devices that are on that cct. If and lamps etc are blown replace them. Re-fit fuse and check.
Check all connections, plugs etc and if possible dissconnect them all (that are on the faulty cct), refit fuse, test.
Then gradually plug items back into cct. If fuse blows then...
Awsome clio! :approve: all the right bits.
Hope to take mine in a similar direction in time.
Can't wait to see those AP's on it.
Hopefully we'll see it on track sometime, Anglesey in August ;)
Yozzasport recommend the plain discs over Max when used with ferodo DS2500 pads.
Also DS2500 wear the discs quicker than other pads, around 3:1 discs to pads.
Thanks,
You were in a black 182?
Amazed how little clio sports are around really.
Can't beat the roads around North Wales, even when thay are covered in grit.
