lol. back on topic...
My visit to Dave Baskerville's went well. He seems to be a very nice guy who is willing to accommodate. the only downsides I saw is that there is currently no viewing room (they are in the process of getting this ready apparently as they have just moved) and £36 only got...
Yes I understand and agree with the consistency being the key point :) Now Sharky has explained why the ATF figure is so low, at least now I know my car's timing is out (which was the goal of this exercise as I was worried it was underpowered). Means I can get on with doing other things to it...
Thank-you very much for that sharky, saved me another run on another RR! :) Using your chart, my Pnorm must also be around 182.X as well as your figures are very close, so very happy with that.
hmm. At 136.8 ATWs though (even if the numbers are not directly comparable to others), does this not indicate that something isn't right on the engine?
Thanks Chip. That's what I suspected. I was expecting to have a figure above 145+ ATW. Is it possible to work out what it would have been with the missing correction you mention above? Or is that something that can only be computed at runtime?
I think it must have been 4th he was in for it to...
Had a run at Dave Baskervilles rolling road today. He has a MAHA LPS 3000 PKW Rolling Road.
It only had one run, is this normal? For some reason I was expecting it to be done in every gear?
Here's a copy of my printout, apparently 180.4bhp ATF which is good news! But can someone who knows a...
id argue the toss and get them to pay the whole lot. 34kmiles is nothing. imo that's classable as 'not fit for purpose' as cars are expected to last well beyond 100K these days.
I have 2 Nikons SLRs (F50 & F70) that I will be putting up for sale soon. Its not exactly 'vintage', but both are very good cameras. If your interested I can put them up sooner rather than later.
I used to hold my Mk1 above 4500rpm when going up that really steep hill just after Exeter leading onto the A38. That was more a requirement else it wouldn't go up the hill faster than 30mph... Its done over 150Kmiles now and its still running. Cant see why you would want to hold it at 5000revs...
with this in mind, if its wired to be in phase all the time, will there be increased performance below 1600rmp and above 6000rpm? what are the real risks 6000+?
Are you sure about that Tom? I thought there was a host of problems with 3rd party applications not built into iOS?

only major file type it doesn't support is the mkv container. stupid really as it has the correct video and audio codecs, it just doesn't know how to handle the container.
over £100 for the pro version I would have thought. The OEM is £104 but as he is not a system builder and wont be selling the computer on, even the OEM version wouldn't be legal. He would need the full retail version (which I cant seem to find online anywhere).
the 'clio sport' is only a 1.2/1.4 anyway so you should be fine on the insurance. The 1*2 are RenaultSport Clio's :p
Also whys this in the media section?! lol.
You need to install/enable the 'background intelligent transfer service' else it wont download. google it and you will find various sites that tell you how to do this.
that's not true. The upgrade version is £49.99, not the full retail version. Chances are he has OEM on his current machine which means the licence is void if its transferred to a new computer. A new computer is defined as having a different make/model mother board.
