It's the same procedure as the keyless megs? If they can't work the procedure out within 5mins, I wouldn't let them map my toaster.
Although the gains on a toaster would be greater than a 197
No, the x-treme vision. I've used night breaker before, they're pretty much as bright as the philips but didn't last as long (4 bulbs in one year in a focus). But not sure if that was a problem with the car or the bulb.
Got mtech in the wife's meg. They looked xenon colour, but really dull. Less light output than standard. Changed them for the top philips bulb, massive improvement.
Flol. He said to the mclaren bloke something like "in giving this up soon. This was just a blag. There's not even a memory card in the cameras"
Think that may have been a joke ;)
Fog lights illuminate about 3m in front of the car. Unless the 'lanes' are populated by ied's and you're going 3mph, they won't help.
Sounds like the fella has seen a fog light driver, and decided to ruin his day. Understandable.
I think I'd rather have an rs6, just because I don't see the point of a massive car with silly power that's rwd. The rs6 would me more usable, more of the time, it's the best looking think in its class and the interior is grand.
But they aren't really equivalent given the deals available on the...
You're a funny chap. You're so oe with the fiesta even down to tyre pressure, but question the manufacturers service regime on a 60-70k car with 600bhp-ish (which is what they all seem to dyno at.)
Had ford specified a running in service, would you of had it done?
I imagine in a perfect world, every engine would have a running in period on mineral oil. But when multiplied by millions, that's a hell of a bill for a manufacturer. So it gets done on the bespoke, expensive product but not on the run of the mill stuff.
I think it's because some metal to...
It's the difference between a mass produced motor and a special motor. Granted they aren't as special as they used to be, but the forces going on within that motor are vastly different to a 'normal' engine.
There's nothing wrong with roll on a road car, at all. For everyone that isn't Vettel in disguise it's useful for judging grip etc. I imagine the softer setup makes it quicker than the stats would suggest, loads of traction and the ability to soak up poor surfaces.
I think they've done the best they could given crash regs etc. But they are incredibly awkward looking things. I just don't get the lower bumper. Inspired by Jimmy hill
