lol mate im doing 14 hour night shifts at the moment, so trying to work on the car has been a nightmare....all that work was carried out when I had time off.
Difference is the T and V type crutch straps. Both types still have 2 anchoring points to vehicle body. Example http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorsport/harness-crutch-straps
Crutch strap should not be rearward of the crutch, more or less directly below it.

Great read and great project.
Iv been running 16mm spacers all round now, done two track days on them and they have been great so far.
Do you think those brakes might be overkill for the Clio? Might be a bit to good lol

Nee worries.
You can see in this pic my home made mount. Purchased a £3.99 iphone4 mount from ebay, took it apart and secured it to a metal L bracket and screwed it into the dash, job done.

The cage i am having black ( standard finish for the safety devices roll cage) I was going to have it white but think black looks better. However I was toying with Red!
As what Northloopcup said, this is the pro version and cost £16 from itunes app store. Jut make sure you make a firm enough bracket for the iphone as a poor phone holder with shake and vibrate (like in my snetterton vid).

The car is booked in next week with Mark Fish Motorsports to have a 6 point bolt in Safety Devices (with extra diagonal and harness bar) cage installed and also to have the Geometry set up and corner weighted, this should be ready by the end of the week...

I started to weight the parts that I took out of the car as reference. I used a pair of old fishing scales, so I hope their still calibrated.
