Was going to ring/text you about them too, but was on the phone to Mark at the time so just got em ordered.
Ah well, Marks a nice guy and as long as they are ok I'm happy :)
I got a pair from Mark Fish this week, £26 a side.
No idea if that's good or not but he says they are the best quality he's tried and I trust his opinion :)
Allcar in huddersfield charge £45, and will set up camber etc, I usually use them but last time my car didn't comeback as perfect as I thought it should of been so thinking about trying someone else.
I need it doing as I'm having new track rod ends and lower ball joints fitted, plus I have some...
Just in case anyone is in need of a new pair, I know mine were failing.
From Renault they are around £500 a pair including VAT
But, the struts from the front (bonnet) of a BMW 1 Series (04 on) are the same size and fit. Replaced mine today and they are perfect, stronger than the old ones, hold...
Boom!
Already enveloped the ones to post so you'll have those by the end of the week, everyone else needs to come to TOPO to collect theirs!
I'll put mine on tomorrow and grab a pic :)
That does seem a good price!
If you want DSLR thats a good starting point. Or you may be able to pick up a used 450/500D over on TalkPhotography or AVForums.
My Konis came today :)
But, you order these is singles, yet they came in just one box (not that I'm fussed) but with only one adjuster knob thingy. Are demon tweeks stealing them? Surely if I had ordered one at a time I'd of got 2 knob things :S
I have also fixed me speakers, well it turned...
Just answer it with "Congratulations, your the 1000th caller into baby booshes big bonanza callathon competition. Do you want the cash or the elephant?" and see what they say
Dogbone bushes are easy to do, there's a good guide on here somewhere.
Tightens up the gear change, I was going to do it in the T but it's so good as it is I won't bother, must of been replaced at some point
Where I work your allowed any car you want, as long as its a non sporty vauxhall.
Corsa's are too small, Insignia's have terrible build quality and appalling economy, Astra's are ridiculously expensive list price making them as expensive to own as an insignia.
I'll stick to my fully paid for...
I bet all the admiral group and flux would though, and I bet more than half the people on here are insured through one of them.
Although not saying you shouldn't declare it.
I'm still amazed by its size, mental!
If someone showed me that picture, and then said it would only be £1400 I'd be pretty ok about it.
Some renault dealers are knocking on that to do a cambelt service on a clio LOL
