To break yourself in gently, if I was you I would buy...
1) shampoo. There's loads to choose from!
2) Some non acidic wheel cleaner.
2) tar and adhesive remover.
3) Autoglym super resin polish
4) some glass cleaner
5) Some tyre shine.
Wash the car with the shampoo and a good...
You need a can of satin black paint and run it along your sill. It's been recently painted at the back and it still dirty and brown at the front.
Car looks wicked though. :D
No.
The exhaust is sat a bit low at the minute as it's not bolted up properly. It's a taste thing, I personally love it.
Let's not forget, this is not a road car and never will be.
Yeah it starts and runs but the ECU was mapped for a mk1 1.8 turbo so it's over fuelling like a b**ch. I've got a video of smoke bangs and flames but I've no idea how to upload it to here.
Check the oil, check the water, check all your lights fill up with fuel and go.
If the car needs brakes, servicing, etc etc before you go, just do it in schedule with the last service.
Looks stunning! Well done.
But it begs the question; didnt you/previous owner/whoever built it think to check for rot before starting all the work first time round??
If I wasn't looking for a job I'd jump on it as a van conversion. Someone's done all the hard work and spent all the big outlay. The bonus of no creaky leaky sunroof is the icing on the cake!
Going by that, you should have your rear number plate on the tailgate not on the bumper?
As such, that year/model of car only came from factory as a 68bhp, but with the 100bhp gearbox. Can't answer the question about the intercooler though.
If your rear number plate is on the tailgate it 'should' have a sunroof.
Being brutally honest though, Campus clio's were basically parts bin specials to use up remaining ph2 shells before the mk3 came out. Some came colour coded, some didn't, some had sunroofs some didn't, some had new shape...
Clios are pretty much held together with Torx screws so invest in some tools!
Cheapies but will do for DIY;

Where is the place that did them? Could you get a member of this lovely forum to drop off the offending wheel and collect it again so it's ready for your return?
