just had my local garage do an entire rack swap. Didn't take the sub frame off. Said it was 'an arse' of a job but got done.

never seen the point in them. As said previously why not cover the entire front of the car if your that worried, why is the bonnet so important. They spoil the look of any car they're put on.

yeah all those unforseen issues are why I paid someone else on this occasion. Had the tracking done by a local Evo specialist and that's made a difference too. Feels so much tighter on the front end now.
