You can't re lacquer that mate! lol. The door needs painting. And so does the bumper.
I'd say £250 ish for the both jobs.
If it was me, i'd polish/touch in the rear bumper and get a nautical blue door off ebay for £25 and fit it yourself.

Did oil, oil filter, air filter and a fuel filter. New set of plates and swapped wheels front to back. Bish bash bosh.

If you want to clean it properly, you will run out of time before you die of old age.
Best thing you can do there is remove the lot, pressure wash all the plastics and refit, but buy a new carpet and seats. A cup interior can be had for £50-£100.
If you're taking it all out to wash it, save...

They look like the right bolts in the picture.
I'll bet a quid to a chip of s**t that there is something in the bottom of the hole preventing them going in properly.
